URGENT: HELP MYANMAR EARTHQUAKE VICTIMS

On March 28, 2025, a powerful 7.7-magnitude earthquake struck central Myanmar near Sagaing city, approximately 19 km northwest of Mandalay. This devastating event has resulted in over 2,000 fatalities and widespread destruction, including the collapse of historic sites and critical infrastructure. The earthquake's impact extended to neighboring countries, with significant tremors felt in Thailand, leading to additional casualties and damage.
The humanitarian situation is dire, with survivors urgently needing medical care, clean drinking water, shelter, and food. Rescue operations are ongoing, but challenges such as damaged infrastructure, power outages, and limited communication are hindering efforts. International aid has begun to arrive, with teams from countries including China, India, and Russia providing assistance.
